Turn times start at the time of inspection. Turn times are generally 12-72 hours. Any property requiring a re-inspection by the appraiser is subject to the re-inspection fee located above so long as the reason for the re-inspection was an issue out of the appraiser's control or not known to the appraiser at the time of the first visit.

Areas subject to an out of service area fee are, but not limited to Buckeye, Tonopah, Whittman, Sun City West, Sun City Grande, New River, Anthem, Rio Verde, Gold Canyon, Maricopa, Florence, Coolidge, Superior, Casa Grande, Eloy, Arizona City and any areas found to be outside these outlying areas.

Phoenix, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, Desert Hills, Sun City, Surprise, El Mirage, Peoria, Glendale, Avondale, Tolleson, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek are all considered to be within the service area.

An order is considered an invoice when it is completed and delivered to the client without payment being made for the appraisal. All invoices must be approved by a manager. All invoices must be paid within 30 days. The days start the day the appraiser delivers the appraisal.
